While many videogame-based movies turn out to be total crap, television has been blessed over the years with several very awesome cartoon adaptations of video game stories.
Wikipedia lists quite a few. After all, what child of the 80's didn't love Dr. Robotnik on
Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog or the incredibly annoying Link on
Legend of Zelda? Still, there had to be a few misses out there, and 1Up.com has a fun feature detailing 5 of them. The description of

Of all of these, Battletoads probably stays closest to its subject material. I'm going to chalk that up to the fact that Battletoads was already just about the stupidest thing imaginable.

5. Megaman Network Battle (It ruined the classic Megaman).
